With the entrance in the middle of the project, it has divided the commercial buildings into two separate buildings. This allows the developer to build one building at a time if desired. There is a Commercial Condo Association set up which gives you the option of selling a unit, building or entire buildings. Everything is approved with Planning and Zoning at the City if Greenacres. The plans are basically ready to submit for permits with a few revisions
